Privacy protocol

A readable summary of the data Thewiworks collects, how workspace isolation works, and when external services are involved.

What we collect

Identity data: account, login, membership, and authentication details used to secure access.

Project metrics: work logs, project titles, lead records, billing references, and operational activity needed by the app.

Media: uploaded screenshots, portfolio assets, and documents processed for public or internal workflows.

Public-site analytics: requested page/URL, visit time, IP address, browser/user-agent, referrer, and approximate country when supplied by the hosting/CDN layer. These records are used for traffic analysis, security, and website improvement.

Workspace isolation

Thewiworks uses workspace scoping so each space can only access its own leads, tracked time, billing history, CMS content, and monitoring records.

Third-party integration

Data is sent to external providers only when it is needed for payment, monitoring, storage, or delivery features.

  • Payment partners: used for payment processing, invoice settlement, and QRIS-related workflows when configured.
  • Monitoring tools: used to capture application health, errors, and diagnostics for deployed systems.
  • Storage providers: used to store public portfolio assets, private attachments, and operational files securely.
