The agreement

By accessing Thewiworks, you agree to use the workspace, CRM, billing, time tracking, CMS, portfolio, and monitoring tools responsibly and within the boundaries of these terms.

Workspace and tenancy

Each workspace is isolated. You are responsible for the people you invite, the records you manage, and the credentials used inside your space.

• Maintain the security of your own account and workspace credentials.
• Invite only users who are authorized to access your workspace data.
• Do not bypass workspace scoping, permissions, or API access controls.

Financial transactions

Billing features help prepare and track invoices, payments, schedules, vouchers, and related references. Payment disputes remain between you and your client or payment provider.

System health and limits

Monitoring and audit tools help detect issues, but the service is provided as-is. Availability still depends on hosting, configuration, network quality, queues, cron, and third-party services.
